Yesterday was my turn to present to my BNI chapter, so I threw a 10-minute party to celebrate the launch of my new logo and brand. Since I'm such a Photoshop wizard, I thought the Launch Party should be a Harry Potter theme!
Every guest got a specially-designed invitation. Attached is their ticket to Platform 9 3/4 to head to Hogwarts!
After each guest was sorted in to their house by a short 5-question quiz, they were given glow stick wands! Then they received an exquisitely designed small vial of Felix Felicis (or "Liquid Luck") potion in bubble-form, that you can blow and walk through or blow on a friend. This potion is great to help with your business! On the back label it said: "CAUTION: May cause giddiness, recklessness, and dangerous overconfidence if used in excess."
Lastly, each guest received a homemade chocolate frog in a custom-designed box.
Just like in the book and the movies, each box contains a collectible card featuring a famous witch or wizard. Who was in everyone's box? ME! The Photoshop Wizard!
It was so fun to feel like a child again and provide a fun and magical presentation for everyone.
